Pros/cons on LaunchRock?

I'm using it currently. It's pretty bare-bones and basic but you can get a landing page up and running quickly. There's a few annoying bugs in the editor (no undo, wyswig editor hides unexpectedly, etc), but that's all they are, annoyances. Their templates should get you started and the learning curve is pretty low. They have basic analytics built in and they have a simple way to track your email signups. It's a pretty good tool to get something simple up very quickly.

Update: The bugs drove me crazy. I switched to carrd.co and am very happy with it.
