Public project roadmap
I have seen some founders create public roadmaps for their projects. Although I think it sounds like a good idea, I was wondering if anyone had any feedback regarding managing one.

Have you considered using a dedicated customer feedback loop tool for this? Building your product roadmap should include a lot of input and feedback from your users. You could try noorahq.com for free and see how it compares to Trello.
I have searched, tried, tested, started building, abandoned, compromised and given up on this solution....
