Public Safety / Alerting and Notifications App

Hello everyone! I'm looking for some founding members of a team to build some tools to help first responders and ambulance agencies.

There are a few apps for alerting out there, but there could be much better tools developed.
I have been an EMT for almost 20 years and a developer almost 8. I have a baby MVP that has been through a few iterations.

The problems I am trying to solve.

Better Alerting for volunteer agencies.
Interoperability for communications between local, county, and state agencies
Analytics
Logistics Tools
Communications tools
Career Tools ( resume builders, CEU tracker, Class Locator, Social Community Building for Police, Fire, Hazmat, OEM, and EMS )

I have a lot of ideas, but they could also use some polish.

I have another developer on hand as well, but trying to build a team.

But its not all about me. I want to help with your idea as well. I think that collaboration is the key to long term success.

But I also know Golang and bad python
