PulseCheck lets you measure your heart rate and HRV using just your iPhone camera, in about 60 seconds, and turn those readings into simple insights about stress and recovery.

One thing we cared about from the beginning: honesty about accuracy. That’s why every reading has a Confidence Level. If the conditions aren’t good enough for a reliable measurement, PulseCheck tells you instead of pretending everything is fine.
