Python/React/Postgres - Full-stack tech lead for launched collaboration SaaS

Hi Indie Hackers,
-I self-funded and launched a comprehensive b2b SaaS for employee collaboration (check out omnistrat.com).
-I handle product vision/management and have done this before as an EIR at a Fidelity subsidiary. This is not a side-project mvp. This is a version 1 app that is getting great feedback in the demo's we're doing.
-I hired a fantastic European UX design firm and another European python shop to build the app on GCP.
-Currently building a sales pipeline in the mid-market space (I have extensive b2b SaaS sales exp.)
-Need to find our future technical lead/architect before we go out for a pre-seed round (or possibly a seed round if we can close enough deals in the next 3 months).
-Spent all my funds building app, so can't pay a salary until after funding. Looking to get to know tech lead now, potentially work on app if your circumstances allow, while I get company ready for a raise.
-This will be the most important early hire for the company and the anchor for building out an engineering team post-raise.
-Looking for a track record in core technologies and solid experience building commercial web apps. Experience hiring and managing a front and back end engineering team.
