Q: How are you finding your mind storming partners?

Not entirely familiar with the concept (is it the same as brainstorming?) but usually I'd talk to friends about ideas / problems.

What I noticed is that you usually get better results if you have a very diverse group of people. E.g. don't just talk to you tech / dev friends.
