Q: how to do you keep track of applications/tools (tech/biz stack) you use?

I have seen a few posts asking what tech stacks indie hackers use for web projects.

I would like to ask everyone: how do you keep track of your tech stack/sales & business tools, and things like login info/renewal dates, etc.?

Started a side project earlier this year to help teams inventory tools and assets they use but i am wondering if this could be beneficial to individuals too.
