QA Automation for Indie Hackers?

I'm sick of manually doing regression on my app anytime I need to do a deploy.
I also know the value of doing boring regression as it's saved my butt a few times catching some major issues on staging before deploying.

I'm thinking of setting up https://www.rainforestqa.com/ ?

Has anyone used this?

Have you used other cost effective tools? If so any you could recommend?
