    Interesting direction.

From a product standpoint, I’m curious who the primary user actually is here Shopify store owners, marketers, or internal ops teams because each of those groups reads “performance dashboard” very differently.

A lot of analytics tools struggle not on data, but on making the output directly tied to decisions (what to do next, not just what happened).

How are you thinking about that layer in QDA-HUB?

Thanks for the sharp question! You hit on the exact product trap that most modern analytics suites fall into—they overwhelm users with a sea of numbers without telling them what to do next.

Here is how we are mapping out the user persona and the decision layer for QDA Hub:
We are having different plans for every type of company as data is the one which can help to take big decision so we have different templates which are provided to user which use premium or Enterprise plan as they are really in need as from your working model that works with data we provide facilites like 1:1 assistance + looker studio dashboard tamplates which can cost upto 5 k with different matric according to the company it all get modified by our team for them .
for base users we have support system if they need any type of help our team is there to help them as in dashboard there is not only fixed values but at very varitiy which is common and power full for almost every data set like impression can be work for ads or social media platform even can work on revenue .

with different filters and chart option its easy to work with data on our basic plan too .
We are still in the early, iterative stages of the platform, and our goal is to build automated anomaly callouts directly into the dashboard layout so the system actively flags 'what to fix' the moment a dataset lands.

Dashboards are most valuable when they help someone make a decision, not just display numbers. I'd be curious to see the specific insights or actions your dashboard helps Shopify merchants take that they might otherwise miss.

Great point. A beautiful chart that doesn't trigger an action is useless. While QDA Hub is built broadly for operational teams, it drives highly specific decisions for Shopify merchants by connecting buried data points—like cross-referencing high traffic volume against low-converting product pages. Instead of just showing standard top-line sales, dropping raw store logs into our local browser dashboard lets merchants quickly isolate hidden bottlenecks, such as a localized shipping fee rule causing a sharp spike in cart abandonment at checkout.

We cut out the hours spent fighting messy spreadsheet formulas so merchants can spot these operational leakages in seconds. Because our workflow processes files entirely client-side, store owners can run these high-level financial diagnostics instantly without ever risking customer data privacy or leaking sensitive store data to external servers.
even if u want a detailed explanation lets have a meeting please kindly feel free to mail us and lets have a meeting where i can solve your company all doubts .

        Appreciate the invitation.

I'd actually prefer to start over email. Your reply made me think the more interesting question isn't what decisions the dashboard helps merchants make today, but what decisions it's teaching them to trust as the product evolves.

If you're happy to continue there first, what's the best email to reach you on? I can share why I think that decision becomes strategically important before deciding whether a deeper evaluation makes sense.

That is a fantastic way to frame it. The shift from a dashboard providing raw data to one that actively guides and builds long-term strategic trust is exactly where the real value lies.

I would love to read your thoughts on why that specific evolution becomes so critical.

Looking forward to your email and diving deeper into this.

            Looking forward to continuing there.
