Question about E-signature for a marketplace

I address this question to the ones who dealt with e-signatures in their apps.

Is there a way to sign documents without drawing a signature?

In Ukraine we have a digital signature system, anyone can create a digital key using a banking app. And then instead of drawing a signature to sign the doc, you can upload your digital key file and if the file is valid, the doc will be considered to be signed by you.

However, I would like to achieve something that is smooth and simple. Users in my app will send contracts to their customers. The contract should be considered as signed if a user sent it to the customer (because if you send the contract, it means that you confirm you agree to its terms).

Is there any trustable way to achieve my use case?
