Question about legal names and copyright
Hi!, I'm creating a site called "I want my switch". The usage of the word "Switch" cames from the nintendo switch, and the site is related to the nintendo switch.
In this site, I'm going to lookup for prices of the nintendo switch in retail websites and publish the lowest found prices.
What I want to ask with this post: Can I have any problem with the usage of the word "switch" in this context?. My site is related to the nintendo switch
I have asked some people, some of them say yes, others say's I wont. So, I don't know if I would have to change the name now that I didn't have started

Retail sites sell the product, but retails sites have theyr own name. I'm using the part of the product name in my domain (Iwantmyswitch.com)

My focus is to start with the switch in some kind of MVP (trying to take advantage of the popularity it going to have in christmas) and then go for others consoles and finish in some time with something in the idea you tell: Console Hunter.
1.- I started with the minimal efford possible. Started storing the prices myself (this just was for 1 or 2 days)
2.- then I automated te price lookup (made a script who take the links I already have in the database and look for the prices of those products)
3.- Now I'm working on a scraper who can search for nintendo switch in the retail webpages and populate my database with url's that I don't have.
Probably, when I finish step 3 I'm going to try to refactor the code to make it more abstract. And learn a bit about mistakes taken from step 1 to 3.

I want to take advantage of the popularity of the switch for the coming christmas. Having "switch" in the domain name will give a little boost on SEO
