Question for anyone who's in sales or performing cold outreach (poll).

Trying to validate something.

If you're in sales, would it be valuable for you to receive a file with emails of decision makers at companies hiring for specific roles?

So imagine you're selling marketing services, would it be valuable to (regularly) receive a file with contact info for 500 companies hiring for a marketing manager?

It will be very helpful. I will pay for it. But I want for a specific industry and certain region

What you're talking about is called Data enrichment. An example of data enrichment is finding the business owner on LinkedIn extracting that data from the profile. Then using that data in their profile to solicit cold emails for your company. To find out the email of the CEO we again use data enrichment on the URL. This will provide us with a list of possible email addresses that we then run through an email verifier if that email address exists we will know which one to send the email too.

Heya, appreciate your input. Some background: I've built & run mailswipe.io

I'm now looking to implement a new functionality where people can plug in this info, and receive emails from decision makers of companies hiring for specific roles.

Hiring for tech roles? I can pitch my tech services.
Hiring for HR roles? I can pitch my recruitment services.
Hiring for marketing roles? I can pitch my agency's services.

it's a cool but very long shot approach, someone's gonna start a new role, they're not going to revamp the whole department day 1, so now you need to factor in 3 months of hiring process + 3/6 months of getting confy in the role to actually start moving pieces, also, SalesNavigator does that for the people you save

Appreciate the input. I meant more from the perspective of "hey, noticed you're hiring a marketing manager. Why not outsource to us for the same price, but without the icky onboarding process?".

Hope that makes sense. It's a trigger that I've seen lots of companies use in the past.

When it comes to sales nav, you can definitely get the basics of this in there too. But to then automatically get a list of all hiring companies + their contact info would be a next step imo.

      Thoughts?

hey Hans didn't realize it was you my friend! it's a cool feature, now I understand, I'd be interested in receiving similar lists for other triggers too (promotion, changed job, new role, posts mentioning specific KW etc.)

Here's the thing. We work with a client who's a call center.

We need something like this, just the thing is, the decision maker isn't the HR. We need to reach someone higher up the chain, someone who will make a decision to move from in-house hiring to outsourcing. Would you be able to help us reach such people?

100%, as long as you have their job titles for example. Would you mind sending me some more specifics in DM?
