Question for indiehacker community:

Do a lot of companies, especially tech companies, have mentorship programs? How do they quantify it or assess its value? Can anyone point me in the direction to sites that provide mentorship platform/software as a service .i.e. platform where employers can run mentorship program like pairing junior developers with senior ones, etc. Tracking the milestones and development of the junior developer, and getting meaningful feedback.
