Let's assume that you can outsource an IT competency screening to an outside entity and as a result get not only a detailed report, but also access to the candidates' assessment environment (cloud-based desktop-as-a-service snapshot), interview recording and analytics on how candidates perform with a real-work tools. Would you be interested or not?
