Advice for widows digital signing keys with extended validation in the EU?

Question:

I am looking to buy a windows digital signing key with extended validation. Since I am in the Netherlands, it's better to have something here (or in Europe) to make sure the shipping costs are not super high.

Any advice? Any providers you have tried?
