[Question] What can I do after the initial validation?

For the past 2 months I worked during the weekends on
It is a tool targeting the Brazilian market, specifically those people who are looking for learning English.
The mvp is a news website, with articles containing the important topics of the week, with guided audio, automatic translation and sentence example when clicking on a word and speech speed control. The main idea is to learn both vocabulary and pronunciation at the same time you update yourself about the world and Brazil.
So long story short, I got the mvp out of the door a few weeks ago and started sending it to a few friends, posted on facebook groups and reddit to get some feedback.
The problems is the following, I have literally gotten only good feedback, some suggested a feature here and there but most said they could see themselves using the tool and that the idea is good, notify said its a no go(although sometimes I think people are just too polite)
Right now I am at a point where I am not sure how to proceed. I added a subscribe button to notify others but only one person has added themselves in. I have no presence on the language learning community and I think the tool is not mature enough for things like instagram adds.
The one thing I can think is to keep creating articles and try posting on Facebook groups and reddit while hoping for organic growth. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Also overall feedback is of course welcome
It depends on what your goal is.
Are you doing the project for fun? Do you want to get tons of users? Do you want to sell it?
There's a lot of people willing to say, "that's a good idea, I would use it", but won't pay or even signup.
If it's a product you want to sell, it can help to ask people to quantify the pain, or say what the most they'd be willing to pay is. A survey can help here. Google forms is a quick and free way to get that feedback.
