As a small team and early-stage product, there are always full of bugs. Here's the thing, I was on my way to do some organic marketing tasks - Emails, Posting, going into communities etc. But then in the last two days, our service is buggy and only operate in a minimal way.
If you were me - a non-tech founder, will you stop outreaching for now, then do more homework before the site is fixed?
Keep trying but be candid that you're still working through some issues and the product isn't quite ready.
Thanks for replying Dan - Do you think Conversion will be highly affected by that? Or power users won't be stopped from a bug?
I think if you are early enough, you are essentially still asking potential customers to share whether your product is of interest. If the core function is compelling enough that someone is willing to pay for it, you're onto something. I also think most people understand early products aren't bug-free and some customers like to be first so they don't mind the bugs.
Great point!
