Quick reminder to keep it real when you launch stuff :)

Was really impressed with this. Most people would would write

“Fenty Skin is coming July 31st exclusively at FentySkin.com. You can shop it early if you sign up now ...”

And it sucks. A little personality makes a big difference.

If you're Rihanna, then it doesn't matter how you say it. It really wouldn't.

    She could literally say whatever.

      Couldn't disagree more ...

Obviously she's going to get thousands of “likes” and press either way.

But the stakes are higher at this level.

With no personality might get 30k likes. With personality pulls in 100k .

She might drop a link without any context and still making a sale haha

She could post it alongside a video of her strangling a puppy and still probably make a sale.

This is a classic example of authority and trust. Even though her "copy" doesn't consists of proper, full length words (lol) , it has a natural, personal vibe in it for her audience.

Once you are on that level, A lot of these things doesn't really matter.

    Great tip Harry.

As an aside, I just heard your interview on the podcast. And love how you’ve grown the site. Keep up the good work.

    It's not only Ri

you know how people started taking care of small local business - pandemic made us take a look at those who earn their living with a small shop or handmade "something" or whatever

what's the connection between Ri and small businesses?

    being humane

    people to people approach

I want to buy from people, not corporations
