Quizard – I built a study app while procrastinating on my thesis

Hello everyone,

After wrapping up exams and finally starting my thesis, I did what any good student would do... and built a study app instead.

It’s called Quizard, and it’s designed to make studying faster, more effective, and (dare I say) a bit more fun. I always struggled with traditional methods, rereading notes, over-highlighting, passively watching lectures, until I discovered active recall, the simple but powerful idea of testing yourself to actually remember things.

Quizard is built entirely around that. You can:

• Create quizzes and flashcards

• Write summaries and take notes

• Build study plans with deadlines and break them into tasks

• Organize everything into folders

• Share materials with friends

• Track your progress with performance stats for each quiz

It’s clean, fast, and totally free to use. Even though I’m done with exams, I wanted to build something for others still in the trenches.
