Quora Question - Will duplicate content on Quora hurt my website's SEO?

Indie Hackers say that Quora is a great place to generate leads.

I think that is a great idea and I want to try it.

As I hone my message, it makes sense to repurpose some of my better answers as website content. Will it hurt my site's SEO to take my Quora answers and put it on my website? Would it hurt SEO to do the opposite - take content from my website and use it as answers to Quora questions?
