Raise money as a community for free
Hi guys,
I am working on a new idea that gives creators and influencers a way to raise money together with their community completely for free. In my view, this offers community leaders a novel way to meaningfully engage with their community and do real good. Both of which is becoming more and more important as the influencer space is getting more crowded and leaders are trying to stand out.
It is based on affiliate network kickback payments, similar to how honey and other coupon / cashback browser extensions make money. In this case, the kickback payments are pooled for each community. Members can then decide where the money should go. The impact of those donations is then displayed for the community to inspire and bond over.
I have a background working in social media and am currently validating this idea. Please roast the hell out of it and the landing page, too, as both need more refinement. I am not completely set on the message and stuff. And there are more mockups to come as I continue to gather feedback :)
