Random tweet gone great / Ideas? (Twitter is awesome)

Basic idea: Wear your company swag to local events for free along with 2 twitter posts (human billboarding x word of mouth marketing)

Kicked off with a couple of startups sending me some swag right away and getting some good response

Heard someone's done this in the past and made $1M off it

Suggestions on what the next steps can be?

Pretty surprised and excited, just throwing it out for more ideas :D
