Rapid-fire landing page builder. Any tips?

I find myself getting bogged down overthinking my landing pages and spending way too much time building and designing them, and too little time gaining insights from them.

I don't want to spend money on the costly monthly subscription services out there, so I'm going to build myself a simple-to-use landing page generator, with only options for a few fonts, a few layouts, variable holders for heading, sub and features, and simple image placeholders. Signup CTAs and analytics will be variables too.

I'll be using some of the landing page tutorials posted here previously as guides too.

Hopefully I'll be able to go from idea to testing a lot quicker this way.

Any tips or ideas from you guys?
