Hey π. Vlad here, building mbuzz (multi-touch attribution).
Most bootstrapped marketing teams I talk to run on GA4 plus a screenshot dashboard, but every measurement vendor pitches them like they're ready for incrementality testing. Nobody names the gap. So I built something that does.
10 scenario questions, no signup gate to see the result. Spits out a 1-4 maturity level (Ad Hoc β Operational β Analytical β Leader), a radar across 6 dimensions, and a roadmap of what to do next.

A few things I'm not sure about and would love brutal feedback on:
1. The questions are written B2B-SaaS-first. If you're DTC or info-product, do they land?
2. 4-level breakdown vs a 1-100 score: which version would you actually share with your team to drive a decision / capability change?
3. Anything obviously missing? A dimension, scenario, or question you'd expect?
If anyone gets a level that feels clearly wrong, please tell me what you answered and what you'd expect. The L1 to L2 boundary is where I think most bootstrapped teams sit, and I'd rather over-tune that than the upper levels.
