Davinci Resolve, the free version, has a great image stabilization tool built right in. Definitely do image stabilization. I like the movement, but it is too shaky some places. It also has noise reduction, which your video needs. Fix reverb/echo as well (using external microphone, not the built in mic, is the best option).

Personally, I would work on improving it. You can on wiggling the background from side to side, and I find it distracting. The fact that you recorded in an empty room -- I personally don't like that. I would go with a desk background, maybe a monitor or so, sit down somewhere, and record. It's not a problem if you record several sentences differently and then "glue" them together.

How was the speaking overall? I'm basically homeless so this was the room I was able to find that wasn't a mess.

The speaking overall was definitely ok. If you could somehow find a tripod to fix what you're filming with (I assume your phone), that would make it much much better
