Re-growing my brand series | Full transparency

Hey everyone

Thought I'd post here to get some feedback.

In short, I own an athleisure clothing brand for the rugby market. I started it in 2015 and I'm self-taught SEO, Fb ads, email marketing, product development etc.

Since 2015 it was growing strong, from 100k per year to just under 500k per year 18/19. 2019 saw a decline and then 2020 has been a disaster.

So for this winter launch, I've purchased £26,000 in stock and plan to document my entire journey trying to sell it.

I've worked as an SEO manager, performance marketing manager, and cofounded a fitness company that's doing 1m+ per year.

So this series is me putting my skills to the test, all on the line in public.

I'm not scared to fail with this brand, it's given me so much already from learning via doing, so hopefully this series can be helpful to anyone who wants to see how things are done across many aspects of growing a business.

And as Drago says in Rocky "if he dies, he dies".

My question is, what kind of videos would you want to see from a series like this? I've done 4 episodes already due to launch mid week but don't want to bore people (as I'm doing a lot of screen sharing and process stuff not just b roll of meetings)
