Reaching out to property managers/apartment managers

Looking for some tips or resources on how best to speak with property managers and or apartment managers. I've looking to validate some potential product questions with them.

I've found a few online professional communities with forums where they are. But ideally I'd like to speak to property managers with properties that offer specific amenities. And their apartment website contact forms are really for tours or new resident applications.
