React Dev? -- Collect Emails in a test page

Hi.

Been looking over the 'net and Github for a test app that would be a "prelaunch" test to collect emails.

Should be fairly simple. There are numerous sample landinpage chunks of code. But none with anywhere close to having the "email" collection action.

Actually, I want a test page to have the following
-Different sections/content
-navBar
-single or multiple page
-email collection process
-user referral/viral logic
-front/client - srvrside logic

I'd like to have this kind of test, and to be able to open source it, place it to Github for others. I know there are "fee" based solutions, but these quickly get pricey if you want to test multiple projects/sites.

I'm looking to talk to someone on this, as well as shell out some cash to make this happen.

The fiverr route doesn't appear to be a viable solution for now!
