Read or listen to content without ads!
I first had the idea when I was on my way to Norway with my partner back in February. We wanted to listen to a bit of Norwegian history and culture on our way to the airport but struggled to find good podcasts to listen to. I knew there were dozens of great articles and blog posts about the topics we were interested in, how can we listen to it instead?!
I had some down time and wanted to build a usable prototype before our next holiday to Portugal on 13 June.

Now we've got some good content to listen to on our way to the airport before our flight to Portugal!
It's also great for reading content without ads - always a plus. Content+ 😉

Ah okay. The main thing that I wanted to achieve when I started out was to be able to listen to specific content when we're driving. Without ads is just a nice by-product to have.

anyway it is an interesting space, depending on how you get the content (dynamic website structures), what TTS service you use, putting that info somewhere/hosting it for playback

You can grab the text content from almost any website and either read or listen to it without the ads. If you are a registered user, you can also edit the content and save it for later so you control the content you access.
