Reading every form submission didn’t work, so I automated it with AI

We’ve been working on making DropForm more than just a place where form submissions land.
Starting today, every submission is automatically enriched with AI:
1-line summary
category (lead, bug, feedback, spam, …)
priority
sentiment
The idea is simple:
forms shouldn’t produce raw text — they should produce structured, actionable data you can plug into automations and AI workflows.
This is especially useful for:
• solo founders handling support + sales
• teams doing manual triage
• people building AI agents on top of product data
Current flow:
Form → DropForm → AI enrichment → ready for integrations / workflows
I’d love to know:
