Ready-made app or SAAS based for building an app like FreshDirect?

I was reading about ready-made apps as well as SAAS based solutions which kind of gained my interest. While considering FreshDirect ( consider my client's plan to build something like the existing platform) I came across many teams like a white-label, ready-made solution, Saas solution etc. that made the concept a little confusing.

Also, an expert on Indie Hackers sent me an article related to my question which at the end talks about a solution named "Growcer" that is specially designed to cater for the needs of the online grocery delivery business. It is a ready-made solution. Should I consider a ready-made software solution or a SaaS-based? What do you suggest?
