Ready to use Google slides for awesome business presentations - Interested?
Hello to all!
I've had an idea in mind for a while, and I haven't had time to validate it yet (my main SaaS project is taking all my time), so I'm telling you about it today!

As an IT architecture consultant and SEO freelancer, I often need to make Powerpoint presentations for my clients.
The problem is that making the design of my slides takes a lot of time ⏳
This is a crucial point because it represents my work, and therefore influences the perception of my clients. My slides, in addition to carrying a constructive message, must therefore be beautiful and attractive.
🔍 I noticed with my colleagues and freelancers friends that this problem was recurrent, and that they all wasted a lot of time "building" their slides, in addition to thinking about the main message.
That is why I decided to gather, standardize and classify all my slides made in the last 2 and a half years!
This allowed me to build my own library of ready-to-use slides, which I can reuse in all my presentations: sales presentations, operational committee presentations, elevator pitches, audit reports... It saves me a lot of time! Since the design part is already done, I just have to focus on the message I'm going to display 🔥
Would you be interested in a service like this? Would you be willing to pay for it (I was thinking to a one time - full access payment) ?
My library is now composed of +500 homemade slides and +100 homemade icons, Powerpoint / Google Slides compatible (fully customizable).

I think for a freelancer, this might be of good value. But a small caveat to this is that many efficient freelancers have templates themselves. They simply change the content and optimize it for each client.
That being said, there is definitely a market for this idea. You can try doing some market validation on this community by running some surveys.

In fact I was thinking mostly of sales teams in small companies (I was part of one) who don't necessarily have ready-made slides and whose job it is not to make them. I could see a sales manager paying to give his team access to such a library. To be confirmed.
I don't have a landing page yet, actually I took 5 minutes yesterday to expose my idea on indiehackers, I need to work a little more ahah.

That’s a well-done review! You did master the art of making presentations in Google Slides.
It is not my preferred type of presentation-making assistant, and I like websites like https://okslides.com more. They are easier to use for me. The interface is simpler, and there are fewer concerns about copyrights and stuff. I often have to make presentations because of my job, and I like this tool more than the others. Maybe I don’t know about a better one, but this one is good for me so far.
My boss also likes it even though he is quite cold towards all the decorative elements in a presentation.
Amazing idea! I would definitely pay for a service like this. I also spend a lot of time working on slides, which takes away from time spent on the content of the actual presentation itself.

As I said to vicjicama, I was thinking of a rough price of $20 lifetime access or $35 lifetime + future updates (something like that).
To me it seems difficult to ask for a monthly payment as it is only a database of documents, but maybe I'm wrong.

I will be ok paying for this, I have done a couple presentations lately and something like this would help, but I think that this will depend on the number of slides and the price.
