I've been very passionate about real estate lately, and yesterday I found out about real estate options from this article: https://hundredfoot.com/blog/2019/6/18/how-to-profit-with-real-estate-options
I'm curious. Who here is also into real estate deals? Who has been using options? How successful was the entire operation in the end?
It is common knowledge that residential real estate has lower returns than commercial real estate. Depending on your region, managing a commercial space can be financially rewarding over time if you can afford it.
It seems to me this is not a bad way to attract potential real estate buyers. Giving the client a chance to weigh the pros and cons peacefully is an interesting marketing move. The only thing is whether it can be used at a time when, judging by some publications on the web, there is a housing market bubble. We need to find new methods to attract customers to revive the real estate market. Since I, too, was planning to plunge into this business, I am interested in all the innovations used in the real estate market. Maybe there is an opportunity to combine old and new methods.
Options are pretty straightforward to understand. They were made to give the client the right time to think about the pros and cons of buying a property without being pressed by time and the thought that someone else would buy it first. Most investors use it, including me. I had two beautiful houses in mind for my BnB. After finishing the course of the bnb formula, I knew that the location and look were important. While I thought and wrote down each house's benefits and bad parts, I knew my contract made sure none of those two could be sold.
Sound good. Can we install this system track for real estate project? I want to try for home sale page, you can see here https://www.phoenixhomes.com/
