Real Estate Property Performance
Greetings IH,
Any real estate landlords think a property performance app would be useful? Basically, it would import your property expenses, income, vacancy, etc, and give you a financial picture of how well your property is performing? I'm currently doing this manually, but would love to automate it. If anyone knows of any such services, please post them!

Can you tell me more about how you think the performance app would work? This is definitely something I am looking into at the moment.
I recently joined a commercial real estate company as an Asset Manager and I am working to automate reporting and ToDo systems.
However this a smaller shop and almost everything works on Excel here. (Considering my previous work experience at other co, I would not be surprised if more than 80% of companies in Real Estate rely fully on Excel.)
There are services like VTS or ObieCRE which tackle the "automation" issue in Real Estate Asset Management. Mostly they are build to suit the American market - I am in Europe.
