Really feels like every other AI app is making money except mine

Many people see ai wrapper = useless, while others use and pay for ai wrappers. Every now and then I see some post talking about "how my [cliche idea] ai app is making lots of money", and all the testimonials claim how useful the app is. Moreso, they talk about how their app sold a subscription in just [a short amount of time] days! It's as if there's so much demand and hype that any ai app gets interest and sales within days of launching.

I really don't get it. Making an ai wrapper is pretty easy technical wise, and the hate vs hype is pretty stark. And I do know that social media posts do not represent reality, but the ai trend is real. So, are ai wrappers useful or not???

Anyways, just for fun I joined this whole ai thing and made a simple writing assistant, which I know is pretty cliche as well. No sales yet...
