Really really Simple FAQ page?
Hey IH!
I have been looking around and struggle to find any simple FAQ/Knowledge Base saas exists.
I scouted a few, the large company like Zendesk & Freskdesk are just too big with the additional feature that doesn't help smaller businesses and certainly not worth the price. There are a few other smaller firm but there isn't much review and most also have functionality like ticketing or collaboration.
Does IH feel like it makes sense to have a really simple faq that you could edit on a document like a sheet/excel/docs and share it with others to make changes? This sheet then gets generate to a simple faq website.
No ticketing, no new editing platform, just use something that people already comfortable with and can easily update anytime like google sheet?
How about creating a FAQ dropdown list on Pory IO and embed on your website, so that you can manage via Airtable easily? @Zaccc123
For me personally this is something I can setup in Webflow in a matter of minutes, so I would not use it. But then again we only have max 10 faq's so this is super personal I guess. I can imagine having 100+ faq's you need an overview.
