Rebuilding from Livewire to Inertia + React

Build in public day 15/30: Working on rebuilding 𝕏treeks from Livewire to Inertia + React (still Laravel backend).

Livewire was great to move fast early before we knew what was what, but with so much interactivity it's showing rough edges.

It'll also be easier to do a mobile app later potentially reusing components/logic w/React Native. It's been a couple years since we used Expo for mobile with a Laravel backend, but that'll be fun to explore any new/better ways when we get there since it was a bit clunky back then 😬
