Recognise cooking recipe text from a youtube cooking video

Cooking videos are very helpful.
However, when you start cooking, you need to play the video n- no. of times to get the recipe text from the video.

I want to make a simple app that can recognise the text using Video AI , given the youtube link of the video.

Any idea what external ready made APIs are there to make it happen?
