Recommend a book you've read recently in the SaaS/Entrepreneurship/Productivity space

One book that I read recently and have immediately applied its principles is "Shape Up" by Ryan Singer. This book is based on the strategies developed and followed by Basecamp for their product development. It's a pretty practical book and helps you think deep on what you're developing. By changing the thought process of making something perfect and instead prioritizing shipping something every 6 weeks, even with less features, the product actually develops at a consistent pace instead of going to stasis. The Lean Startup is probably one of the best books when it comes to building a product.
Some of my other favorite books that are more about process and fun to read as they make them into a fictional story are: The Phoenix Project and The Unicorn Project. Some other ones I like: The Hard Thing About Hard Things, Rework, Never Split the Difference.
