Recommend CRM + Project management tool

Hello hackers,

I'm starting a new side hustle and wanted to search for a tool that lets me do the following:

• Capture a lead from a contact/quote request form on the main website
• Follow up messaging
• Upgrade the lead to a project upon invoicing (invoicing is done outside the system but tracked in the system)
• Assing the project to staff and follow up the progress
• Give client visibility of the project status at all times like read-only access.
• Deliver the project and make the download available for clients for life

If you guys use/own a tool for this that is easy to use, has "elastic" pricing, I'm very interested in your suggestions (success cases).
