Recommendations on finding a designer?

I'm looking for a designer to design the main page layout for a single page website. Any recommendations on where I can find a designer with relative ease?

    I'd go with dribbble (https://dribbble.com/designers). One of the freelance marketplaces like Upwork is another option as well.
