Recommendations on finding freelance developers

I have build a few apps for Shopify and i'm looking for help with continuous development of those.
Does anyone have tips on how to find good and reliable freelance developers?
Ideally around maximum 50$/h (So asian, eastern europe asf.)

No haven't tried yet. Do you use it for single project/feature or to find one or a few persons to work closely with?
I only use it for smaller projects and have a very detailed brief about what needs to be done. That gives me great responses and almost certainly find a great person to work with.
