OMG, what a fantastic book by @robfitz - Couldn't wait and bought the audio book, hard to put away as it focuses on "what" to do instead of "why" :) Knowing how to talk with people is such an important part of being able to understand what opportunities that is right in front of you.

That is a very solid list.
I would strongly recommend "Hooked" by Nir Eyal. That book has transformed my thinking about the relationship between product and customer.

In my personal experience, the "Investment" phase of the Hook Cycle has been the part I had previously overlooked.
Getting people to use your product? Great. But having them invest something into the product, like adding data for later use, filling out their profile, communicating with other users... without that step, the cycle is incomplete and people won't come back.
It is also essential to understand this as what it is NOT: it's not a dark pattern of trying to turn your users into addicts. The idea is that each and every step of their journey through your product is creating value for them. The point of "Hooked" is that it can also create value for you.
