Recreating the million dollar home page for startups

Remember the Million Dollar Homepage? I am thinking of creating a more palatable version of it targeted towards startups and indie creators.

Couple of changes on the original idea.
i. The submissions only stay on the home page for a limited period of time.
ii. The submissions are more article based rather than just the logos so that the overall content is less ugly.
