Recruiter = beneficial to developers future?

Hi everyone!

Can you answer my poll? My stupid curiosity is now turning into research for recruitment firms that companies use to hire software developers.

I'm blogging about it, but might be starting a newsletter that gives anyone the skill and knowledge to be selected for an interview without the need of recruiters.

My 10 years in this industry as a software engineer has gave me the opportunity to work with a few different companies. I've been employed by small and large companies, and worked solo as a freelancer. I've even had a couple failed apps I tried to pursue from stupid ideas I think the world needs.
