Reddit AMA: We have a £1500/day burn with 6 people

I'm a 24 y/o founder and CEO working alongside an amazing team of developers, marketers and product managers building blueprint.store (Theres 6 of us in total).

We were bootstrapped for ~ 12 months, and have just raised outside capital to build out from our validated beta. We now have a £1500/day burn rate and are pre-public launch.

We're doing a reddit AMA if there are any Q's around managing a team for the first time (with both very experienced and junior employees), taking a product from idea to launch, beta testing, running lean and raising capital.
