Reddit growth roadmap that shows you what to post, where, and when (without getting banned)

I got banned 6 times trying to grow my last product on Reddit.

Lost 4 months. Product died.

So I built https://mediafa.st to solve the exact problem that killed me.

What it does:

Finds which subreddits actually allow your product (not just the big ones, the ones where your posts survive)

Analyzes what content works in each subreddit (format, tone, timing)

Builds you a 30 day roadmap:

  • What to post

  • Where to post

  • When to post

  • When to comment

  • When to rest

Includes pacing rules so you don't trigger spam filters while building trust.

The numbers:

Launched February 10, 2025 (almost a year ago)

Month 1: $360 Month 5: $1,700
Month 10: $5,000 Month 12 (now): $5,400 MRR

About 185 paying users at $29/month

25% trial to paid conversion

Almost zero churn (people stick because it works)

Why it works:

Most Reddit advice is vague. "Be helpful." "Add value." Cool, I did that. Still got banned.

MediaFast gives you the actual system. Which subreddits are safe for your niche. What pacing keeps you off mod radar. When to comment vs post.

It's not automation. Not spam. Just the playbook I reverse engineered from 6 bans and a messy Google Sheet.

Who it's for:

Builders who keep getting banned on Reddit

People avoiding Reddit because it feels like a minefield

Anyone who lost momentum because they couldn't figure out the hidden rules

Try it: 👉 https://mediafa.st

7 day free trial. See the subreddit analysis and roadmap yourself.

I lost a product to Reddit bans. Built this so you don't have to.

frequency over content was the non-obvious one — we assumed it was what we were posting, not how often. ended up walking away completely; even knowing the rules the karma ramp to be effective in our niche was going to take months we didn't have.
