Redesigned my landing page and onboarding after weeks of user feedback

Something felt off every time I opened my own product's homepage, and it finally annoyed me enough to rebuild a big part of it.

After getting a lot of honest feedback and spending far too many late nights looking at VellumUp, I decided to redesign major parts of the landing page and improve the overall UX. The product is still in its early days, but I wanted to fix the things that kept creating friction instead of waiting for a "perfect" version.

What actually changed:

• I redesigned the landing page to make it cleaner, more professional, and much easier to understand. There's still plenty to improve, but the early conversion numbers are already looking better.

• I completely simplified the website integration flow by adding AI prompts, step-by-step videos, and clearer guidance so connecting a website takes far less effort.

• I refined the UI/UX across the app to make everything feel more intuitive and reduce unnecessary friction.

• I also made dozens of smaller improvements throughout the product that noticeably improved the overall experience.
