Hey folks!
I'm building https://www.meetflourish.xyz. The app is designed to reduce anxiety.
I'm in a pivot towards focusing specifically on anxiety but I'm a bit stuck (and anxious about) on finding people with anxiety to interview. I want to ensure I'm designing the product to help people with anxiety and I need to get to that first ~10 customers who will use the product a lot and provide feedback.
You can use it for free with the Lite tier. Message me if you're open to chatting re: anxiety! - contact@meetflourish.xyz
One thing that has helped me understand anxiety better is realizing that it often grows when our attention becomes trapped in imagined futures rather than present realities.
While we can't eliminate uncertainty, we can build habits that make us more resilient to it. Mindfulness, physical activity, quality sleep, and limiting unnecessary information overload have all been valuable tools for many people.
I also think it's important to remember that reducing anxiety isn't always about making it disappear. Sometimes it's about developing a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions so they have less control over our actions.
One thing that helped me build calming routines in my own projects was combining digital tools with small wellness add‑ons. I’ve even used CBC distillate in my evening wind‑down mix because it keeps my head clear while taking the edge off, which made it easier to stick with anxiety‑tracking apps. Pairing something steady like that with your app’s prompts might make users feel grounded enough to come back consistently.
Writing down what’s making me anxious helps get it out of my head. Also, setting tiny goals each day makes things feel less overwhelming and gives me something real to focus on.
I see it's been a while since you posted, but I just wanted to chime in—have mindfulness or breathwork practices helped anyone else here? I’ve noticed that even short daily pauses to breathe deeply or just sit quietly with no input make a big difference for me. Curious to hear what others are doing lately to manage stress levels, especially while juggling indie projects.
