Referersion vs LeadDyno vs another affiliate marketing software you prefer?

Trying to launch an affiliate program for our startup. If you have experience with the various affiliate software out there which one do you prefer and why?
Particular considerations: Low cost early on, ease of technical integration, quick/simple to get started.
Looking at Refersion, LeadDyno, ShareaSale, and JVZoo but open to others..
